This Turkey Chili is so easy to make. Everything goes in one large saucepan and once it’s all in you cook for 15 minutes. This is my go-to when I want to make dinner for a friend who has had a baby or is going through a hard time. Also, it’s thankfully a hit with everyone in my family.
Chop 2 white onions and sauté in a pot with olive oil. Add 2 lb of ground turkey and crumble/cook until it’s all white and cooked-through. Then add 28 oz of strained tomatoes, 1 7 oz jar of tomato paste, 2 cans of rinsed black beans, 2 tablespoons of chili powder, 2 chopped green peppers, 1 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons salt. Let simmer for 15 minutes and then enjoy!
